During the after-sales service period, if the product has quality problems in accordance with the requirements of the instructions and in the normal use process, please consult the Capnomed business department or fill in the customer's request on our official website, and we will provide free maintenance, overhaul and other services according to the situation. If the product does not have quality problems or has exceeded the after-sales service period, Capnomed Medical will provide paid maintenance and overhaul according to the situation, and the additional costs, such as freight and inspection fees, will be borne by the customer.
We prioritize providing repair and replacement services for our customers. For products within the warranty period, we offer free repair services. For products beyond the warranty period, we offer paid repair services. For products beyond the warranty period, we offer a trade-in service at a depreciated cost. If the product has not been unpacked and is unused, customers can request a return based on their own needs, and we will support customer needs. However, we are unable to support return complaints caused by reasons other than our company.
We provide at least a 1-year free warranty for our equipment products. If customers need to extend the warranty period, they can negotiate with the sales department. We offer free repairs for products within the warranty period. For products outside the warranty period, we offer paid repairs. For accessory and consumable products, if the product packaging is intact, we can provide replacements. We regret that we cannot offer free repairs for products with incomplete packaging.
Regarding shipping information. Although we support shipping methods such as FOB, CFR, CIF in principle, we usually use FOB and the quotation is also defaulted to FOB price. During the process of customer order inquiries, we will provide customers with the packaging size, weight, number of boxes, and other shipping information of the order products, to facilitate customers in calculating costs and arranging freight forwarders.
